Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all parts and accessories

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
